Pricing shall be available over request and against the order quantity. Our quoting shall be final as per the order quantity, delivery timeline, place of delivery, taxes and other levies applicable at the time of placing the order. All these are subject to change without any prior notices.

Minimum Order Quantity:
The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for imported customised gifts (Promotional gifts) are 100pcs to 10,000pcs, IT gifts 500pcs to 10,000pcs, Leather material (bags, wallets, key-chains, etc.) 500pcs to 5,000pcs Desktop gifts 2,500pcs to 5,000pcs, Corporate Gifts 500pcs to 5,000pcs. The MOQ for stock items is 50pcs and above.
Our policy clearly indicates to 100% payment in advance.
It is not definitive and may change as per the orders and time. For any queries regarding your favourite products, you may contact us and confirm accordingly. We will also try and alert you about the delivery time as per your demand and order.
Our company delivers the customer’s products in the shortest time possible and as per the order and quantity mentioned by the customer. The minimum slated time is 45 days and may wary as per the order of the customer. These may change without any prior notice.
Once a customer places an order with Promotionconnects, it cannot be cancelled. It is final and binding. Promotionconnects is not objectionable to any queries pertaining to the cancellation of any of the orders.
Samples may be presented to the client on demand. Samples which are in-stock/available shall be delivered to the customer/client in a span of 7-10 days. Any imported sample shall be chargeable and that amount would be adjusted against the placed order. We may not be able to send samples for all our products.
